Getting started.

The first step is to create your Health Plan in Aide. This is done via a short, confidential onboarding consultation with one of our team to capture the information Aide needs to support you. Book a time in the calendar below.

What do I need to bring?

Your NHS number

This is required to help connect Aide to your patient record and to local NHS services that may be able to support you in the future.

Details of your prescription

In this session, we will provide Aide with the repeat medicines you have been prescribed to manage your asthma or type 2 diabetes and how and when you take them.

What happens next?

Once your onboarding consultation is completed, we’ll finish setting up your account and Health Plan. This normally takes a few days. You will then receive an invitation to download the Aide app and start using the service.

To get the most benefit from Aide, aim to use the app a little bit every day. Insights generated from your daily use will help you and your healthcare professional have more meaningful and better-informed conversations about your health.

If you need any help while using Aide, please don’t hesitate to contact support@aide.health.
